JID Solutions Inc. is a Texas DIR Cooperative Contract vendor awarded under DBITS Contract DIR-CPO-6053. The Deliverables-Based IT Services (DBITS) contract provides project-based IT services to eligible Texas government entities. Engagements are defined by scoped outcomes and deliverables through a Statement of Work (SOW) — not hourly staff augmentation.

DBITS is ideal for project goals such as:

Note: DBITS contracts are for services only. No temporary staff augmentation on a time (hourly) basis, and no hardware or software sales. Resellers are not available under DBITS.

Procurement advisory note: When using IT Procurement Assistance under Texas Government Code § 2155.004, a state agency may not accept a bid or award a contract that includes proposed financial participation by a person who received compensation from the agency to participate in preparing the specifications or request for proposals on which the bid or contract is based. The selected Contract Holder and employees who perform IT Procurement Assistance Services will be ineligible to respond to any resulting solicitation(s).

    Complete a Statement of Work

    Define deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, and approach in the SOW. Services must fall within awarded DBITS categories.

    Issue the Purchase Order

    Generate a PO payable to JID Solutions Inc. and reference DIR Contract Number DIR-CPO-6053. Attach the agreed SOW.

  4. 4

    Submit and deliver

    Email the PO and SOW to our DIR contract contact. We execute against the SOW and support Customer acceptance.

Ordering notes

  • Services are limited to awarded DBITS technology categories under DIR-CPO-6053.
  • Per Texas Government Code § 2157.0685, state agencies must submit SOWs over $50,000 to DIR for review and approval before soliciting vendors; DIR must also sign the final SOW.
  • State agencies follow DIR competitive threshold requirements when requesting pricing (for example, three vendors above $50,000 and six vendors above $1 million, up to applicable DIR program limits).
  • All work is governed by the approved Statement of Work. Customers may negotiate SOW terms that do not conflict with or diminish the DIR contract.
